I don't like it at all. It's much too nickname-y and sounds masculine anyway. I wouldn't recommend using it for for an actual name for either gender, especially for a girl. However if it absolutely HAD to be used...a fuller version to back up it would make it at least somewhat more tollerable. So yes, Georgina with the NICKNAME of Georgie. I just think Georgina is such a lovely name anyway. It surpasses 'Georgie' in my book, full name or not.
