I really LOVE Georgie on a girl.
It's been a long time favourite nickname of mine for the full-name Georgina (which ranks #201 in England). Recently however I've been liking Georgie more and more, when I added it to my long list I found out it currently ranks higher than Georgina at #190 in England! Neither name ranks in the Top 1000 in the USA.
If I was pushed to make a ddecision however, I would probably put Georgina on the birth certificate and use Georgie often.
