What do you think of the mostly forgotten classic? Someone once said it has too many alphabets and syllables ans sounds a bit clunky. I disagree
I'm fond of the French / Romanian variant Constantin.
I like the Russian/ Slavic Konstantin
Greeks use the variant Konstantinos
And there is the Latin Constantino for Italian, Spanish & Portuguese.
Any middle name I think should be short ans consise so as not to seem overdone.

Constantine Andrew
Constantine Peter
Constantine Philip
Constantine Marcus
Constantine Thomas
etcetera etcetera.
