I don't like it much, it sounds rough to me. I prefer the similar Samira.

I know a little Zemira. I thought it was weird at first but it grew on me and I think it’s fine now. Her family just calls her Z a lot of the time. She also has a twin sister named Jovie.

I like the look/sound. It reminds me of the name Zemfira which I really love. The two are quite different in origin though.

I like it if pronounced zeh-MY-ruh

I think it's too down-your-throat religious (it's the meaning). I like Samira / Samara a lot more!
