I kind of like it. It has an eccentric, vintage-y sound, similar to Rena and Rhoda. I'd prefer it as a nickname; maybe for Verona or Veronica?

It doesn't appeal to me, it's rather dull and unattractive. It;s also the name of a hardware store in Canada.
