What are some names for both genders that you'd assume belong to an English person, rather than an American, Canadian, or member of another nation?

I think Gwen is more common in the US than in Britain, but I agree with the other names you mentions as sounding more British particularly Imogen and all the ie and y ending nicknames as fullnames.

George Cutesy nicknames being used as full names for boys seems a lot more common in Britain than in the US. In general, flower names for girls seem comparatively more common in England.
