I've been liking the sound of several *ar names lately, which made me think of César. What do you think of it?

It at least sounds more namey to me than Kaiser, which I don't like.

I like Cesar more than Kaiser. However, I'm not too keen on names that have so many pronunciations. Also, the strong-guy image is a bit of a challenge. It might do better with another name, preferably with Cesar as the middle one.

To me the strong association is César Milan, the dog whisperer... so I think I like the sound, but maybe I just like him

I don't like it, it sounds like the parents are trying too hard to make their son sound powerful.

I love all the forms of this name. I agree about Kaiser (I can see it only on a pet).

César is so fascinating. I like the French pronounciation! It is melodious but still strong. I used it for a French-born character years ago so.. beautiful name.
