I think it's cool. But for me would be a GP. I'd go halfway, creative-wise, and use Xaviar (rather than Xavier).
I'll bet Xavian would be interpreted as African-American by many people. fwiw. There's a basketball player named that.

It's like someone assumed Xavier was a Basquification of a Latin name and tried to come up with an Anglicization of the original Latin along the lines of Hadrian. Not a fan at all.

I really like it. It's been on my pnl for a few years now. It just sounds different and has a really cool, attractive vibe to it. The well more comon, 'Xavier' is excellent as well.
