I don't think much of it. A well-established name, although a dated one, that's really just there. I prefer Diana but Diane is ok too.

I love it! It’s kind of dated and I prefer Diana, but I would use Diane as a middle name if the combo would flow better.

It just reminds me of Princess Diana. Call me moody but I've heard that name far too much
