I feel pretty much neutral to the name itself. I feel that there are better names out there but also worse ones so 'Harley' for me is somewhere in the middle. As for gender, I prefer it for girls.
Just what I'm accustomed to. Perhaps an upopular opinion but I honestly think 'Harley' on a boy (as his given name, that is) would be strange.
