Hi !!!

I love the combo Margaret Pearl because they have the same meaning!

I dislike Margaret alone. I prefer Margherita that in Italian also means "daisy".

Actually, "same meaning" is the reason we tend to AVOID combos like Margaret Pearl. You're basically naming her Pearl twice.
