These are not the worst names ever.
I personally like Story for a girl.
Seven is not my style but if we think of names like Primo, Octavia, Septimus or Nona so we can see that numbers are not a crazy idea. Well..ordinal numbers are better than the cardinal ones, with this I agree with you.
Sailor is better on a boy because on a girl is too cartoonish (Sailor Moon). Occupational names are quite common everywhere. Mason, Fabrizio, Lynch, Monica, Cohen, Heinrich ... Why not Sailor?
