Nope! Where I live they'd use the Afrikaans pronunciation, and though Dutch has pretty much the pronunciation as given, to my knowledge, Afrikaans doesn't. Here, it sounds like EEuh, so the name = huhLEEuhnuh. Which looks appalling, written like that, but sounds totally ordinary here.
I think people where I live would say heh-LEEN.
I like it, but where I live people would probably pronounce it to rhyme with Coleen.
They'd pronounce it Hel leen

In American, people would definitely say "Hell-EEn"
If they were supposed to pronounce it the Dutch way, it would have to be spelled like… Helaine, Helayne, etc.
