Quinn Neville: Quinn is a nice, sharp name, and I like the unusual q letter, but the ns at the end of Quinn and at the beginning of Neville clash.
Rowan Neville: I like Rowan a lot, and it would be my pick out of these three. However, it has the same problem as Quinn.
Ellis Neville: this one doesn't have the "n problem", but its one caveat is that Ellis is, in my opinion, extraordinarily ugly.

Rowan gets my vote. I love Rowan.
I think Quinn sounds kind of uptight on a guy.
Ellis is okay, just nms, kind of a generic seeming surname.

Out of the three, I only dislike Rowan. Ellis is nice but Ellis Neville doesn't really flow, so Quinn Neville, in my opinion, sounds the best.

Well, people apparently perceive Quinn as unisex; it isn't used at all where I live, so my only association is with The Mighty Quinn, which is a marvellous song but, like Clementine, would get progressively less marvellous the more often it was used. I find Quinn rather insubstantial, but as I say, I've got nothing to base that on really.
Ellis sounds like a dialectal pronunciation of Alice, which would be inconvenient for a boy.
Which leaves us with Rowan! I like it very much and have good memories of the only Rowan I've ever known, for what that's worth.

On both Quinn and Rowan, the "n" at the end runs into Neville. So, Ellis.

Ellis Neville flows the best to my ears and it looks really nice written out.

Rowan, but Ellis is cool.
