[Opinions] Irish Boy Names
Replies
As an American English speaker, the only names on this list that would be easy for me to read would be Seamus and Cian. I prefer the English spelling Rory. I like Oisin, but I can't quite pronounce it. I don't really like the other names on the list. My favorite Irish boy's name right now is Diarmuid.

I'd pronounce these right - or at least, as correctly as an American-English-only-speaking person could:
Ruaidhri, Oisin, Seamus, Cian, Daire, Tadhg.
The others, I'd screw up and have to be taught.
I like some of them, but slightly prefer spellings that are Anglicized: Ruaidhri, Oisin, Daire
And I like Patrick but I'd struggle with Padraig.
