I love that in the English-speaking world there are so many nature-names that are established and mainstream!
That is exactly the style I like most. Unfortunately here in Italy there are only few ones that can be used.
If I were English (& other nationalities...) I would consider using Clay! It is so simple but friendly and ageless (thanks to the fact that it seems a surname I guess..).
