Larkspur is a lovely floral name, I like it a lot. Though if I were to use it, I'd rather choose it as a middle, unless perhaps for a fictional character.
Of your combos, I love Larkspur Adele and Larkspur Ophelia the most, although for some reason I feel like Ofelia would look better with Larkspur. Other of your combos that I particularly like are Larkspur Amelia, Larkspur Aveline, Larkspur Cosima, Larkspur Eloise, Larkspur Em(m)eline, Larkspur Eugenia, Larkspur Eveline, Larkspur Felicia, Larkspur Felicity, Larkspur Helena, Larkspur Lelia, Larkspur Noemi, Larkspur Una and Larkspur Wilhelmine.

I love it and it's probably my favorite flower, which is a wonderful bonus. I think I like it more as a middle name, but it's definitely a neat first name and has the spunky nickname option of Lark. Larkspur Eloise is also my favorite off your list :)

I think it sounds weak, and like she'd be a sister of Peasblossom or Puck.

Avian, floral and, maybe also equestrian! Densely packed with meaning, but pretty silly on a human. Larkspur Regina will keep me happy for days.

I've never thought about it before, but I'm pretty charmed! I like Lark and Larkin, so why not? It's an unusual sound in a name, but not an unpleasant one. It's a pretty flower. I think it pairs best with something light and elegant - top picks of your combos are:Larkspur Aveline
Larkspur Emmeline
Larkspur Felicity (though I normally hate double word names!)
Larkspur Genevieve
Larkspur Idony
Larkspur Sylvia (Sylvia Larkspur is also lovely)
Larkspur TalithaA few to add:Larkspur Arianna
Larkspur Cecilia
Larkspur Celeste
Larkspur Nadia

It’s pretty, but for some reason I hear it in my head being said in a stereotypical spitty, lispy nerd voice. Like Neil Goldman’s voice from Family Guy.

Not a name to me. Just because some flowers ended up as names doesn't mean they all make good ones. Just like how some fruits are good to eat but that doesn't mean they all are. It's an ugly sound, and if this was on a book character you'd roll your eyes and think "Jeez, what was this writer thinking"?

I think it's nicer sounding and more evocative than Lark. I'd say the same of Meadowlark.I like Larkspur most as a MN; it seems harsh and eccentric as a FN but still wearable enough to use...similar to Lark or Juniper but less expected.
It's maybe in my top 20 as far as feminine botanical names go, or probably top 10, for rare ones specifically? And I like that category more than the average person. These are my favorites of your combosLarkspur Adele
Larkspur Enid
Larkspur Eugenia
Larkspur Felicity
Larkspur Harriet
Larkspur Jemima
Larkspur Juliet
Larkspur Maria
Larkspur Niobe
Larkspur Noemi
Larkspur Odette
Larkspur Odile
Larkspur Regina
Larkspur Rowena
Larkspur Talitha
Larkspur Una
Larkspur WinifredLarkspur Winifred is my ultimate fav. It's cute with Enid, Harriet, Jemima, Odette, Felicity, and Talitha, too.I'd add...
Larkspur Odelia
Larkspur Adelaide
Larkspur Leopoldine
Larkspur Apolline
Larkspur Dominique
Larkspur Wanda
Larkspur Cassandra
Larkspur Sarah
Larkspur Seraphine
Larkspur Mariah
Larkspur Zenobia
Larkspur Ingrid
Larkspur Noa
Larkspur Gloria
Larkspur Olympia
