I love it! I can never decide which I like more - Ophelia or Ofelia - and which pronunciation. Both are great. I like that Ophelia is both so intriguing, dramatic, a bit Gothic, and Shakespearean, but at the same time so sweet and soft.

Ophelia has been on my mind too. I used to not be able to picture it on a person - I just saw it as the name of a character. But I think I do like it. I feel like it may get more popular at some point.

I really like it pronounced Oe-fee-lee-ah. I don't like Oh-feel-ya.

It reminds me of the movie Pan's Labyrinth, which I loved. The main character was named Ofelia. She was courageous and risks her life for her family.

A one-character name, rather than a one-owner one; and a passive, wimpy character at best. Starting with a moaning O doesn't help it.
