Meadow Lark is just mean. Meadow eve sounds like a feminine deodorant spray. Meadow O-anything is not a good idea.
Meadow seems silly to me. First anybody heard of it as a name was Meadow Soprano, which at the time I thought was a joke on mezzo-soprano, though why they'd make that joke I don't know.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you criticize him, you're a mile away and you have his shoes!
