[Opinions] Veremund, Amund, Esmond
I came across these names today, and I'm undecided on whether or not I like them. What's your opinion on Veremund, Amund, Esmond?
What do you think a person named each of these names would be like?

I love these names. Veremond sounds like a rocker name. Amund is bookish and Esmond does sports. If I heard them where I live today it would be unexpected, but they sound cool.

Esmond is a wonderful name. It’s been on my PNL for years. I could see Veremund as a great name for a fantasy book character, and from there I could see it working its way to the edges of the mainstream. Bit much for me personally, though.Amund looks like somebody didn’t know how to spell “almond”.

I really love Esmond! It has such a soft end elegant sound.

Very unappealing.

Esmond actually is pretty nice, probably because of how close it is to the name Desmond and maybe because of that, it seems to be the most 'usable' name from the list.
I don't care for the other two, especially Veremund. Too out there for me. If it wasn't for this site, I would honestly assume it was made-up from some scifi series or novel.

I think Esmond is growing on me because I've low-key liked Desmond and Edmund for a while, but the meaning of those are disappointing, while the meaning of Esmond's surprisingly nice.
