You could do worse. I think it's usable, but not especially attractive or youthful. I have met two Sauls, both young and both Hispanic, don't know if it's now popular with Hispanics in general or if it's more popular for Jewish people, as it does have a pretty strong elderly-Jewish-man vibe.
I much prefer Paul. The Bible Saul did too, apparently.
