Sean and Julian are my husbands cousins once removed. Sons of his aunt Christine his grandma’s sister. I have no issue with either name but found it an odd combination. WDYT?

I thought of John Lennon too. Sean is boring and unappealing, but I like Julian.

They make perfect sense for John Lennon's sons, but as names they do not come from the same general genre!

I know Julia was named after John's mom and Sean was named after John.

Gosh I can't believe I didn't make that connection until you pointed it out! My old obsession isn't serving me anymore!

The names have different vibes to me — Sean makes me think of a wannabe macho guy, while Julian is soft and kind of romantic-sounding. They’re both nice and I like them together.
