[Opinions] Charbel?
Do you like this name for a boy? Would you suggest any nicknames or middle names?
Blessed are the curious, for they will have adventures.

I live in Virginia in the US and here where I live we have a bar named Charbel's so I honestly can't picture it on a child. Sorry!
But here are a few MN suggestions.
Charbel Ezra
Charbel Dominic
Charbel David
Charbel Christopher
Charbel Leonard
Charbel Matthew
Charbel Patrick
Hope these help maybe. :)

Don’t care for it for a boy. Don’t care for it for a girl,
It sounds a bit like s pokemon, but it’s not bad.
It could be a good name for a portable grill for taking on picnics. If anyone has a strong preference for early Christian martyrs, then fine, but the -bel ending is typically female (Isabel, Christabel, Rosabel, Annabel) and could cause confusion.
I would avoid it at all costs.

It's like a -bel name that's been on the grill too long. Haha, I crack myself up.
But seriously, I can't ignore the Char part for some reason.

lmao
That cracked me up too.
I read the word "char" immediately, and rhymed it with marble.
Then I thought it's a contraction of Charlotte Isabel.

Assuming it's prn. CHAR-bull, no me gusta - sounds like toddler speak for Charles.
EDIT: I just looked it up, and I'm SO relieved that isn't the case! lol In the case of it being Arabic and prn. with SH instead of CH, it's a very sweet name!

I've actually got a friend named Charbel and he wanted to know where his name came from (no kidding!).
