Well I'm certainly going to be using Zanthia.
Honestly it sounds so much like Cynthia, I'm sure the usability would be the exact same
I'm unsure about Xiomara, but I can see it working - it's not hard to pronounce
Edit: I'm from the UK and I grew up with the name Zanthia from a /very/ young age along with my little brother and we both adapted to it well so I'm sure it won't be a problem
