[Opinions] Sasha / Sacha (M!)

A Russian man, perhaps. I like Sasha.
Only if he is Russian or lives where that's the normal thing to do with Alexander; in English, Sasha from Alexander really makes no linguistic sense.
I consider it a female name in English; used to have a cat named Sasha. Beautiful cat but the meanest damn thing on four feet.

One of my best friend’s names is Sasa (pronounced the same way). His family came over from Serbia when he was about 15. I love the guy, but I don’t love his name. I find it lacking in substance for whatever reason, and it’s so popular worldwide for both genders, as a nn and as a given name, that it just turns me off. For gender-neutral nicknames for Alexander, I prefer Sandy.

That's the only way I ever think of it.
I love this name! I actually like it for both genders. It is one of only a few names I can say that about.
