I know of three Lola’s with the nn Lolli/Lolly. They all go by Lola “professionally” The middle aged and primary school aged ones still get called Lolli by family and close friends who’ve known them from childhood. The senior Lola is only called Lolly by her siblings. Yes, it has a babyish/cutesy vibe but they were given the nn when they were babies. Family and childhood friends can’t seem to break the habit.
