Fantastic name, but only with the Isaiah spelling.

It's in alright name but nothing I'd use, I don't live in the US though.
However, I don't see the meaning of spelling it with an Z, it doesn't make the name more unique. It's the same name, just with a complicated spelling that the potential child will have to spell out/correct all the time.

I'm not a fan of the name in any form of it. Izaiah is better then Isaiah though because it's not as Biblical looking.

Looks like a typo.

Its bearer would spend a lifetime explaining and 'correcting' the spelling. Rather stick with Isaiah; it's perfectly acceptable and much easier.
