I noticed the name Willena yesterday from someone born in the 1930s.
How do you suppose it would be pronounced? Does it have any appeal to you?

:) I know a wonderful lady named Wilnett. She's a lovely person. Maybe that influenced my perception of it.

I don't know what the origins would be. I see there are some Wilnettes and Wilnettas out there but both forms seem very rare.
The lady I know I believe was born either in Virginia or Maryland in the early 1950s.
