I've suddenly really like the name Tru.. (well more like I just remembered it) WDYT? Is it too short to be a first name or just fine?
(last name would be Bentley; don't worry this is for a story)
And what would be a good name for her twin brother? Or maybe just her brother.. (a year older or younger ok WDYT about that?)

I think of the now-defunct TV show "Tru Calling" (not sure what her full name was), and I even think there was a Disney tv movie about a girl named Tru and her twin brother. :-/ Maybe someone else knows. (Can't remember the twin brother's name, though) I agree with Array that if it's Tru and not True, it should be a nn.

NMS. Looks incomplete spelling of the word True, which would be a better name yet still NMS.

Have you seen the show "Tru Calling"?? The main/title character is called Tru. I, personally, love the name, especially as a nn for Truth.
No idea about the brother though.

I think it's better as a middle name.
I perfer True to Tru though.

Please spell it True. Tru is only acceptable, IMO, as a nickname for Gertrude and Trudy.

I didn't want to spell it True because I think it looks more like a word... plus there's something about making the name a three letter word that makes it special to me.. and I don't like Gertrude and Trudy.. If only there was another full name where the nickname was Tru!
