Not a fan. Not a fan of creative spelling in general but it feels especially stupid on short names like this.
Reminds me of a name I saw the other day: Zacirye
Ya'll. That's trying to spell Zachary. I had no idea what to call this kid when he showed up to my office, thank god he introduced himself!

Yikes! That would definitely not be the pronunciation that came to mind upon seeing Zacirye.
