What do you think of Betty as a full name? It is apparently the name of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' third daughter: the big sisters' names are James and Inez.
I myself find Betty very cute and it's probably my favorite nickname for Elizabeth along with Elsie and Beth. However, I only like it as a nickname, not as a full name. But unlike many diminutives in general, I think Betty ages well: I can picture it for anyone from a baby to a grandma.
