I like Francis for boys and Frances for girls. I kind of prefer both as mn's, though. I actually would rather the son or daughter be named after the mother than for a son to be just plain "Jr." And that's just because it's so common, and it's nice and refreshing to see a mom named Frances and her son, Francis, imo at least. :) But it would get quite confusing, so I like to keep parent-honoring-names as mn's.
