It's nice but apparently completely overused where it originated (#1 if I remember correctly) and people will always think its a boys name outside of Finland.

It's an evergreen classic here in Finland. I appreciate its "Finnishness" and the unique -o ending, but I wouldn't use it myself as it's so popular. I adore Aino's other variants Aina and Ainamo; Aini and Ainikki are quite nice as well.
