Idk. I've met a Julissa, and I think it's a fun name to say. Her mom's name was Minerva.

Sorry, but I don’t like it at all. It sounds like a weird, made up Franken-name. I don’t even like the components. The “jul” sound is very throaty and chokey, and the “issa” ending is dated.
