It just means "dragon", it's not inherently 'a Harry Potter name' just because it was used in Harry Potter. The worst association is probably the crazy ancient Greek dude.Draco - Like it but wouldn't use it. It's better than Drake, Drake sounds kind of obnoxious (and like a duck).
Hermione - Like it, might use it as a middle name, would like to see it on more people.
Lavender - Like it but both Lavender and Lilac can be a little awkward sounding for first names.
Ginevra - Like it, I wouldn't use it but I'd like to see it more.
Sirius - Like it on a dog or as a middle name for a human.
