Taj definitely. I love the name Taj and it was on my list for DS#2, believe it or not! A really nice name.

I prefer the look of Taj, but the Tahj spelling (at least to a Swede like me) makes it easier for me to understand how it's pronounced. I've heard it in TV shows and stuff, but I still struggle with Taj every time I see it written. Tahj (never seen that before) was helpful in that way.

I can think of 4 boys I know named Taj and they all spell it this way. Tahj is okay too, I guess, I've just never seen it before and the j looks a little funny after the h.
