I like them, but there are other names I like better.
Lunetta does remind me of "lunettes" and it's also hard for me to like "etta" names in general. But I do like Lunete and Lunessa.
Julina is knms but it's nice that it isn't dated like Julie, predictable like Julia, almost OTT like Juliet, or fully OTT like Juliette. The awkward thing about Julina is that I expect it to be longer like Juliana, but I like that Julina doesn't have "Julie" in it like Juliana does. That makes it sound more like Jules, Julian, July, etc. and less like "Julie or a long form of Julie".
