[Opinions] Re: Philine
Hi Perrine !!!Thanks to bring the attention to this kind of names! Infact I've just checked the name and I found that it was not edited (without stars)! I looked for its popularity at least.Tell me about the literature link. I've never read that story. Who is Philine in Goethe's work? Is she a good character?Edit the name if you have more info! Yes, I will search for some German sources and edit it.In German the name sounds like phih-LEE-neh. I think it's rather cute, but I don't like it enough to use it.I haven't read the works she appeared in (I think she appeared in several, from what I can tell), but she is an alluring actress who is trying to endear herself to some gentlemen, according to wikipedia. Doesn't sound that great hahahaIt means "the friendly one, the lovable one" and is of Greek origin.
