The short answer is, I wouldn't. But, in Fantasyland, perhaps there's a time machine that could take me back to whenever they were OK - late 40s, early 50s where I live. And then I'd use Carolyn, for personal reasons. Followed by Geraldine and then Patricia.
Patricia would be first by a country mile if it could be trusted to stay Patricia and not morph into versions of Pat and Trish.
Carolyn Helen? Carolyn Joanna? Carolyn Patricia, why not?
