All of these should be nicknames.
Except perhaps Mowgli, I suppose a child could wear that as an official name (shame it's a middle name to Bronx though)
Look Ziggy is cute, I like Ziggy, but I also love Jimmy and Billy and Candy and I will ONLY use these as nicknames to full names because I don't want my kids to wear a small child's name for their entire lives if they don't want to.
