It's not really my style, but one of our best friends named her son Jet and he's the cutest little guy, so I like it better now. I think it's cute but also spunky.

Meh. It's ok

It reminds me way too much of Ready Jet Go! A show I actually enjoyed watching once upon a time. The name Jett is a better than Jet, but I can’t imagine a real person with this name, only a fictional character.

I have met a Jett and definitely think it looks more like a name than Jet, though I still don't really like it. I think it would need a long middle name to balance it out. Maybe Jett Alexander.

I prefer Jett over Jet aesthetically, but Jet is a gemstone name, whereas Jett is... a surname? I think.

Also Jet is a British Glam Rock band (Glam Rock happens to be one of my favorite genres) so that's a plus for Jet.

I'd more likely use Jett over Jet anyway, despite that, and I can attribute the same meanings to it without much of a fuss.
