I'd say 6/10. I feel like its unisex, but if anything, its more feminine. It sounds a lot like the name Emily, which I think is an okay name. It also reminds me of the name Emerson, which I like. My favorite spelling would be Emery, though I also like Emory.
7/10 My very favorite is Emory. For a boy only.

2: Girl, definitely a girl. It sounds close to the girl's name Emily, the most stereotypical name for a girl in English speaking countries (that isn't a bad thing because I think Emily is a great name.) Emerson/Emersen/Emersyn sounds like a name for a girl too, but it's popular for both genders. I don't like either name.
3: Emory if I had to choose, because Emmery looks like too much, and Emery is close to Emery Board. I know a girl named Emory in the states who's a wonderful person.

Never liked it for either sex and in any spelling. It just sounds like what you use to file your fingernails, and is way too close to obnoxious, bland, prissy Emily.
