Sounds too similar to Ebola I'm afraid. That and it sounds similar to the plane that dropped the atomic bomb on Japan (though I'm unsure what the name of it was)
On its own and without those ties, it sounds okay. I'm unsure if I prefer "ee-no-la" or "eh-no-la"
Edit: The aircraft that bombed Hiroshima was called Enola - I should have checked before I posted lol

I like it but don’t think I’d use it. I did like Enola Holmes though! It just seems a little too character-y.
The aircraft that dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima was named Enola Gay. The other association that comes to mind is Enola Holmes from the recent Netflix movie, which was disappointing. She wasn't much of a detective instead she just ran into information, and the film creates the most boring Sherlock on screen in a feeble attempt to make Enola more interesting in contrast. The portrayal of her homeschooling experience was fun, but the plot and messages lacked subtlety and didn't deal well with the topic of domestic terrorism.
Apart from those two associations, Enola sounds like an old-fashioned name like Ethel or Edith.

Makes me think of Ebola, unfortunately.
It's pretty much exclusively associated with the Enola Gay.
For me, also, it sounds like a health-food product. Like granola, or maybe a drink like Ensure. Heck, maybe it's granola with Ensure mixed into it.
