Hi Orla :-)
this name is so handsome on a country boy. A city boy may not even know what a harvest is

There are various old-age homes in my country, probably part of a chain, with names like Village Of Golden Harvest. I've always found this distasteful: the only harvest I can see is the fact that as soon as one resident dies, they can sell that space to someone else, thus harvesting profits. So I associate Harvest, as a name, with rampant capitalism and death.
Sounds like it's from the Addams Family, probably because it makes me think of (grim) reaping.
I’d like it if it wasn’t a word. I like it as a boy guilty pleasure.
I could see it. More for a boy than a girl.

I like it in theory (it could go with hippie names like Solstice) but I hate Harvey, and that's what would happen.
There was an orange cat who used to hang out around my house, we didn't know his real name so we named him Harvest (it might have been Harvest Moon) and everyone called him Harvey.

I want to like it. It feels namey to me and gives positive vibes. But I can't actually imagine it on a person. I think it reads more feminine to me because of the ending. But the Harv- beginning could be masculine
I also thought the ending sounded feminine at first glance but I don't know why. I looked up *est and there are 9 boy names and 2 girl names (and one of the girl names is also just an English word).
Isn't Harvest an English word? I'm not really sure I'd use that as a name. It's kind of very weird.
Terrible
Terrible. That's not a name for a person; maybe for high-fiber breakfast cereal for rich old people.
