Annette.
It’s kind of bland and boring but I’d probably use Annie, which I’ve been liking lately.
I was tempted to go with Lovisa and use the nickname Love or even the cutesier Lovey, but then I pressed on it and saw it was pronounced loo-vee-sa, not love-ee-sa. I guess the nickname would still stand? It just wouldn’t make much sense phonetically, but I’ve seen stranger things.
I find both Birgit and Birgitta hideous.
