I dislike this kind of compounded names: overly traditional, boring, dated...
From the names you listed I prefer Annabeth exactly because I read nearly all Riordan's books and I like the character Annabeth Chase.
I would not use it in real life and behind this link I have no reasons to use it. It is just the best of this list. I think that Elizabeth is out of place here. It is not a compounded name. I love Elizabeth.
I know that Beth is pronounced with 'th' but I usually pronounce it with a simple 't' like the most of Italians. When foreign movies and TV series are dubbed in Italian is the same. Just a 't' despite everyone knows that it is actually 'th'. We are not ignorant. It is just that this sound is so funny, strange and far from the daily use of our language... (Obviously when we are talking to an English-speaking person we use the correct forms).
