My middle names are my mom's name and my great grandmother's name. So, I would consider using either of my middle names. I probably won't only because if I use my mom's name, I have to use my SO's mom's name, and I don't really want to do that. I also probably won't use that particular great grandma's name because there are plenty of other family members who have never been honoured or just plenty of other names I like more. I have considered using a variation like Irina or Irena.

I sometimes toyed with using Samuel as a boy's middle name, but I think it's a smidge too religious for me.
