I’ve been really loving it lately. I think it’s neat. It feels distinctive without being “weird” or “out-there.”
Love it
It's a familiar classic that's never felt stale. I've been enjoying the combo Ingrid Thessaly lately.

It seems old-fashioned to me sort of in the same way that Anita would but could be any age.
It seems more understated or quiet than Astrid.
It's brisk and reminds me of cool color palettes.

I love it very much, but not enough to use it. It is very cool and laid-back.
It's kinda uncomfortable for me to say. EENG-rid. My tongue is lazy and wants to say In-grid, which is similar to ingrate. I'm not a fan.
My Oma wanted me to be an Ingrid, after her sister or something. I think I would have carried it pretty well, actually.
Ingrid is an odd sort of name to me - uncommon (in my part of the world) yet familiar, exotic yet not very melodic (to me). It's definitely a STRONG name, though. I respect Ingrid.

nice
One of my top names for a girl! While Ingrid is very popular in my country as the 10th most common female given name, I don't care. It's charm is great, and I love it. It's also fun to say, like Frida, Lisa, Nora, and Kristina. If you like Ingrid, I say use it. There are certainly worse names. Ingrid is far from Mahkynnleeigh or Braelynne, it's an actual name with history.
