[Opinions] Maddelena
The name Maddelena is Italian and means “Woman from Magdala”. So, what do you think?"People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing all day."'*•.¸♡ Have a great day/night! ♡¸.•*' Rate my personal name list please :) https://www.behindthename.com/pnl/217493

MaddalenaIt's lovely, but only when spelled correctly.

I like it! It makes a nice change from Madeline. The only thing that looks off to me are the two Ds. And that's probably because I'm used to looking at just one. Sounds lovely, though.

I far prefer Magdalen. Or Madeline, which is a spelling used in my family over a hundred years ago! No doubt Maddalena is fine in Italian, but I have no context for it and therefore no opinion.

I had a coworker named it; she went by Maddy, and for a while, I thought her full name was Madison.
It's pretty (and sounds trendy yet like someone's Italian great grandma), although I prefer Magdalena (the G is harsher, which I like).I think of the meaning being more like 'from Tower'...makes it seem a tiny bit more relatable.
