Interesting. It has one of the strangest literal meanings that I've seen in a while.
On its own its a very interesting name - obscure even for a name derived from astronomy, to the extent that I'm surprised J.K. Rowling didn't use it. :-)
However, I suspect a real-life Minelauva (if there... is one?) would probably have her name misunderstood as Minerva a lot. That's also not a common name, but still far more familiar.

I like it with a German pronounciation, no idea what country it actually comes from but it sounds cute in german, not a fan in english though at all. In german also Minelaura (like minneh-lau-oora) sounds fun. Sorry if I just butchered this name.
